工作原理

在負(fù)壓稱量室內(nèi)進(jìn)行操作時(shí)產(chǎn)生的少量粉塵首先由初、中效過濾器過濾后，再通過風(fēng)機(jī)送入到高效靜壓箱，經(jīng)高效過濾器過濾后有80 ~ 90%的潔凈空氣在均流膜的作用下均勻地送入到稱量罩工作區(qū)域內(nèi)，有10 - 20%的潔凈空氣直接排至稱量罩外，這樣在稱量罩的工作區(qū)域內(nèi)始終形成負(fù)壓氣流，確保粉塵不會向外污染房間。

Working principle

A small amount of dust generated during operationin the weighing chamber is first fitered by primary  medium efficiency filters,  then fed into highefficiency

plenum chamber through fan, after filtered by HEPA filter, about 80-90% clean air isuniformly fed into the weighing hood working area under effect of membrane.   10-20% clean air isdirectly exhausted outside weighing hood, thushere is always negative pressure air flow in the working area of weighing hood, to avoid dustpollution outside to the room.
