●汽化過氧化氫具有良好的物料兼容性，對不銹鋼、鋁、玻璃、聚碳酸脂、大部分的醫(yī)用硅樹脂等均具有良好的兼容性；

●易分解，無有害殘留，最終分解為水和氧氣；

主要功能：

●西門子可編程控制器（PLC）自動控制設(shè)備各階段的運(yùn)行

●送、排風(fēng)系統(tǒng)均采用H14液槽密封高效過濾器；

●具有獨立的通風(fēng)排殘單元、風(fēng)機(jī)、氣動蝶閥和排風(fēng)管路，能快速置換艙內(nèi)的過氧化氫氣體，并防止其進(jìn)入HAVC系統(tǒng)內(nèi)；

●進(jìn)、出料為雙扉門結(jié)構(gòu)，具有氣動密封、氣動鎖緊及工作狀態(tài)下的雙門互鎖功能；系統(tǒng)對艙內(nèi)的溫度、濕度、壓力可實時檢測，并儲存。
